Costa Rican Cocoa

The Mayan civilization ruled Central America for generations.  

They are credited with being the first to discover cocoa as early as 900 AD. Mayans learned that the beans inside the cocoa pods could be harvested and made into a liquid that would become a treasured Mayan treat.

In fact, they held it in such high esteem that they called it “food of the Gods”. Our chocolate popcorn would be something the Mayans would be proud to offer their Gods.
