Food of the Gods...The Mayan civilization ruled Central America for generations. They are credited with being the first to discover cocoa as early as 900 AD.
The kettle corn's sweet and salty flavor profile and was much more addictive than the buttery, salty popcorn I knew.
The trip that first opened my eyes to culinary curiosity was in 1999 when I was fortunate to travel to Sao Palo, Brazil.
I ate everything on my trip. Pineapples, local coffee, but I especially loved the Macadamia nuts.
The flavorful seasonings, the zest for life and the nightlife all make this Morocco a traveler's delight.
